Betting Rules

These rules apply to all real-money games, casino games, live tables and any other betting product made available through your account with us. They should be read alongside the rules shown within the individual game, including its help information, paytable and any bonus terms that apply.

Your account and accepted bets

You may hold and use one account only. Your account is personal to you and must not be used by another person. You must provide information that is accurate, complete and kept up to date. • The paytable applies to symbols, combinations, prizes, features and other displayed returns.

Before confirming a bet or spin, check the displayed stake, denomination, number of lines or selections and any feature settings. Where a game offers an automatic or repeat-play function, you remain responsible for the settings you choose. A winning result is credited after the game has been confirmed by our systems.

If the information displayed in a game differs from the result recorded by the game server, the server record will be used. We may correct a balance where a technical or accounting error has caused funds to be added or removed incorrectly.

If you lose connection during a game, do not assume that the round has failed or that a new bet should be placed. The game may resume when you reconnect. If it cannot resume, it may settle on reconnection using the game server record and the applicable game rules.

A disconnected game does not by itself cancel an accepted bet. Bonus funds are not the same as withdrawable cash until the conditions attached to the bonus have been met. Each bonus has its own terms. • Bonus funds must be used in accordance with the bonus terms shown when the bonus is accepted or credited.

• Bets must be placed and confirmed before betting closes. Late bets are not accepted for the round and may be returned or handled as stated in the table rules.

• If a connection is interrupted, the round may resume or settle on reconnection using the table and game server records.

The game-specific rules in each table's help section apply to that table. If there is a difference between a general description and the table rules, the rules displayed for the table being played will apply to the relevant round.
